As we all know, a ketogenic diet is one of the most effective and efficient way to lose fat quickly and permanently. All the fitness models use this method of cutting fat fast once or twice a year. The author has covered basically all the aspects of the diet i.e. mindset, precautions, designing a diet that sticks etc. I especially liked the part where he has prepared a grocery list for keto diet so that you don’t have to mull over that area and quickly shop for your diet in a jiffy. Honestly I have not tried his recipes yet but they seem delicious & tempting at the first glance!
